About
We build the part nobody wants to maintain
Pullsy is a data infrastructure layer between the platforms your customers are already on and the product you are actually trying to build. It is made by Acasa Labs (OPC) Private Limited, in India.
Everybody writes the same integration
Every team that needs a customer’s Instagram or advertising numbers writes the same thing: the OAuth dance, the token refresh, the paging loop, the normalizer that turns an array of {action_type, value} objects into columns, the backfill, the retry, the alert for when a token silently expires.
None of it is the product. All of it has to keep working, and it breaks on the platform’s schedule rather than yours — a deprecation in April removes a metric, a permission changes in August, and the chart that has been fine for a year goes flat without anybody noticing for a week.
Pullsy exists so that work is done once, carefully, by people whose whole job it is — and so the answer to “why did this number change” is a sentence rather than an investigation.
What we decided early, and keep deciding
These are the rules that settle arguments internally. They are also the ones you would notice if we abandoned them.
An empty answer is a finding, not a gap
Meta answers a question it will not serve with an empty 200, never an error — and that is indistinguishable from an account that did not spend. We treat the difference as data: the API says which case it is and why, rather than returning zero and letting you assume.
Never be more generous than the platform
It is easy to fill a hole with an estimate and easy to regret it. If the source cannot answer for a window, neither do we. A number in Pullsy came from the platform, or it is not there.
Coverage, not a subset
Most tools read three or four of Meta's breakdowns and call the integration done. We read all 20, because the ones left out are usually the ones that answer the question — which hour, which headline, which market.
The schema is the product
Platform APIs change their shape; that is their prerogative. Absorbing those changes so your code does not have to is the entire job, and it is why the schema is versioned and the raw response is never handed through.
Acasa Labs (OPC) Private Limited
Pullsy is operated by Acasa Labs (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. We are small, we answer our own support email, and the person who replies is the person who wrote the connector.
Start pulling in about ten minutes
Connect one real account, run a sync, and query it. That is the whole evaluation — no call, no card.
